Delete your Report Stamp account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete inside the iPhone app

  1. Open Report Stamp and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings, then select Delete account.
  3. Read the data warning, type DELETE, and confirm the final prompt.

The app sends an authenticated deletion request, removes the workspace from the server, removes locally stored drafts and evidence from that iPhone, and signs you out.

What is deleted

The account, organisation membership, API sessions, OAuth identity links, clients, sites, report content, findings, private evidence files, imported templates, Stamp Verify records, usage records, and subscription link stored by Report Stamp are deleted. Public verification links for that workspace stop working.

What may be retained

Limited records may remain in encrypted backups or be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, tax, dispute, or legal compliance. They are isolated from normal product use and removed according to the applicable retention cycle. Apple keeps its own purchase records under Apple’s policies.

App Store subscription

Deleting a Report Stamp account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Before deleting, manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. This separation prevents an app from changing an Apple billing agreement without your consent.

Can’t access the app?

Email support@reportstamp.comfrom the address on the account. Include only the organisation name and request; do not send a password, evidence file, OAuth token, or API key. We will verify control of the account before processing the request.

Team workspaces

A sole owner can delete the workspace immediately. If other active members exist, transfer or remove them first so one person cannot erase shared business records unexpectedly. Support can help with a verified multi-workspace request.
