Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Report Stamp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Report Stamp for an organisation, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.

The service

Report Stamp provides field evidence capture, report preparation, template tools, storage, and integrity verification. Features may change during beta. You remain responsible for inspecting the work, reviewing every report, and deciding whether it is suitable to send.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Do not use the service unlawfully; upload material without permission; violate privacy, intellectual-property, or export laws; introduce malware; probe security; bypass plan limits; or use automated access outside a documented API. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, transform, and deliver it for the service. You confirm you have the rights and notices required to capture and process personal data, images, audio, and documents.

AI and Stamp Verify

AI output can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed by a qualified person. Stamp Verify confirms the integrity and status of a version recorded by Report Stamp; it is not notarisation, a warranty that an observation is true, or a replacement for professional or legal judgment.

Plans, renewals, and cancellation

In-app subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple under the terms shown before purchase. They renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account at least 24 hours before renewal. Restoring purchases reconnects an eligible subscription to the same Report Stamp organisation. Taxes and regional prices may vary. Beta access may be changed or ended with notice.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep any backup your work requires. To the extent permitted by law, Report Stamp is provided “as is”; indirect or consequential loss is excluded, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability that law does not allow us to exclude or your mandatory consumer rights.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for a serious security risk, non-payment, or material breach, and will use reasonable efforts to provide notice. We may update these terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
